Is it necessary to take a degree of BCA or MCA for making the best programmer in C++ or Java?

Its not necessary but it helps. Degree does not showcase your skills but your knowledge does. As its said a degree is just an eligibility to appear for an interview but your career growth can only come due to your knowledge.
