Buy a book called 'face to face CAT' by Gautam Puri.It has questions of past CATs.See the level of questions and try solving them.If you are able to solve at least 60% of a paper,you can start preparing on your own.If not,then you will have to join a coaching for preparations.If you ask me to answer...

Buy a book called 'face to face CAT' by Gautam Puri.It has questions of past CATs.See the level of questions and try solving them.If you are able to solve at least 60% of a paper,you can start preparing on your own.If not,then you will have to join a coaching for preparations.If you ask me to answer honestly,I would say that you should target next year's CAT as there are only 3 months left for this year's CAT.All the best! read less
