"Karen was a colleague at office and I don't know how the topic started in our casual conversation about Yoga.Karen was undergoing her Yoga training at the Yoga institute and everytime we happen to speak she used to passionately talk about her learnings and discussed her vision to teach Yoga. Once her course was completed, we requested her to conduct sessions for us at office. And once we spread the word about the sessions many showed interest and we started our sessions in a conference room after work 2 days a week. I clearly remember my experience after 1st session.Karen had setup a 1 hour session which was a well balanced mix of asanas and pranayam. Asanas focused on various muscle groups in body and stretching and pranayam had a very calming effect on mind. Thereafter I enjoyed every session I attended. She is punctual and designs each session well to cover various asanas and pranayam. She used to demonstrate every asana and its effects on body. Also taught us variations of different asanas if certain variation is difficult for you, then you can choose a suitable one. She talks in a soothing yet pleasant way which itself sets a very calming ambience for the session.doesnt hesitate to point out mistakes and explains the dos and don'ts about the techniques which shows she has a strong knowledge base about the subject. I recommend Karen's sessions and it will definitely help people to achieve health ,fitness of mind ,body and soul. Best wishes to Karen on this journey. "

"Karen's yoga classes are really relaxing as she teaches conditioning & focus as well. The lessons were very calm, and she sets a peaceful tone throughout her instructions. Her classes are great for tone up, flexibility, mindfullness, strength and alignment. "

Maintaining a correct posture and a healthy spine are of utmost importance to the corporate target audience given the desk culture. Hence standing and sitting (on a chair) asanas which focus on the all-round movement of the spine ( upward, lateral, torsion ) can be done, even wearing formals.
Movement of the joints ( especially shoulder, knee and ankle joints ) can be included along with the asanas, as these joints are also least used and hence tend to get stiff due to lack of mobility in them.
