"I had an awesome learning experience with Karen, who was one of the resident yoga instructors at the Hinterland Village Resort in Kerala. Her clear and concise instructions ensured that everyone in the class understood the proper alignment of each pose. What truly sets her apart is her attention to detail based on every individual's needs. As a beginner, she was able to offer me personalized adjustments based on flexibility and difficulty of poses so as to avoid injuries. If you are looking to deepen your practice with a truly knowledgeable instructor, I would highly recommend Karen ! "

Maintaining a correct posture and a healthy spine are of utmost importance to the corporate target audience given the desk culture. Hence standing and sitting (on a chair) asanas which focus on the all-round movement of the spine ( upward, lateral, torsion ) can be done, even wearing formals.
Movement of the joints ( especially shoulder, knee and ankle joints ) can be included along with the asanas, as these joints are also least used and hence tend to get stiff due to lack of mobility in them.
