I am an Assistant Professor in Psychology, deeply committed to empowering adolescents through effective interventions and mental health awareness. Pursuing a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology at Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Psychology at the Institute of Holistic Mental Health, she holds an MSc. in Counselling Psychology with a remarkable 79.8% from Avinashilingam University. With a diverse work history, including roles as a Counselling Psychologist and Counsellor under the Government of India, I am currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Thiagarajar College of Arts and Science. My active participation in workshops and conferences, coupled with presentations at international conferences, showcases the dedication to staying abreast of current psychological trends. The academic achievements include clearing NTA NET (Psychology-2020,2021,2022) and GATE (Psychology), while the contributions extend to online academic counselling, mentoring NPTEL courses, and publishing articles.
