In the periodic table, till which element should I learn- till 30 or till 100 or the whole periodic table consisting of 118 elements?

It would help if you learned the whole periodic table. If you find it challenging to know the entire table, watch some youtube videos on tricks to learn it. There are plenty of shortcuts available. You'll also find the shortcuts interesting, which will help you remember the table for a long time.

There is no need to count. As you go through a particular application, you will automatically remember all valuable elements. For example, if you are studying nuclear reactions, you will have to go to Uranium, which has higher locations.

It is enough to learn till Zinc(Z=30), but at the same time, I would suggest you have the atomic number of alkali metals and halogens to be memorised as well if you are planning to give JEE/NEET as they are pretty useful for a few problems.
