Suman Gupta

I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2016, combining ancient yogic wisdom with a scientific and therapeutic approach. Over the years, my sessions have helped individuals across various age groups regain balance, flexibility, and peace of mind. I’m deeply passionate about using yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a holistic path to well-being.

I hold a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), which has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of yogic practices, meditation techniques, anatomy, physiology, and natural healing methods. This rigorous academic training allows me to offer classes that are both scientifically informed and rooted in traditional principles.

My teaching experience includes working in a hospital setting, where I taught yoga as part of wellness and recovery programs. Many patients benefited from the integration of therapeutic yoga into their treatment plans and reported improvements in both physical health and emotional resilience. Their feedback has been a strong motivation for me to continue pursuing this path with dedication.

I prefer conducting offline, in-person sessions, as it allows for better observation, correction, and personal attention. My classes are tailored to the student's needs—whether they are beginners or more experienced practitioners. Each session includes a structured flow beginning with a gentle warm-up, followed by asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and ending with meditation or guided relaxation.

The classes are interactive and adaptive. I modify routines based on individual health conditions, energy levels, or goals. I focus on making each session comfortable, accessible, and effective, ensuring students feel supported throughout their wellness journey.

In addition to yoga and meditation, I also offer physiotherapy sessions, particularly for individuals recovering from injury or dealing with chronic conditions. I blend therapeutic exercises with yogic techniques to help improve mobility, relieve pain, and build physical strength in a holistic manner.

My goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies and minds, heal from within, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health. Every session I conduct is guided by empathy, scientific understanding, and a genuine desire to make wellness accessible to all.
