"Teaching Class 12 was both intense and deeply rewarding. At this level, students are on the brink of adulthood and preparing for some of the most important exams of their academic journey. The stakes are high—not just for marks, but for college admissions and career paths. That pressure can be tough on them, so part of my role was to be both a subject expert and a mentor. Academically, the curriculum was advanced, especially in subjects like Physics, Mathematics, or English Literature, so my preparation had to be thorough and up-to-date. Discussions in class were often more mature, and I loved how debates and questions could dig deep into complex ideas.At the same time, students needed emotional support—handling stress, self-doubt, and decisions about the future. Some of the most meaningful moments came from one-on-one conversations where I could guide, encourage, or just listen. Watching them grow in confidence and walk out of school ready for the next stage was incredibly fulfilling.""Teaching Biology to Class 12 students was both intellectually stimulating and emotionally rewarding. The syllabus at this level dives deep into complex topics like genetics, human physiology, biotechnology, and evolution—concepts that not only prepare students for exams but also for entrance tests like NEET and real-world understanding of life sciences. Every class was a balance between simplifying intricate processes, like DNA replication or hormonal regulation, and keeping students engaged through models, diagrams, and real-life examples. I encouraged critical thinking by linking textbook knowledge to current research—discussing things like CRISPR gene editing or the ethics of cloning. Practical sessions were a highlight. Watching students handle microscopes, prepare slides, and perform dissections sparked curiosity and gave them a tangible sense of how biology applies in labs and medicine. There were challenges too—especially helping students overcome their fear of vast theory portions and memorization-heavy units. But when they grasped tough topics or got excited about something like genetic engineering, it reminded me why I love teaching Biology. Seeing students evolve into future doctors, researchers, or just more aware individuals made every effort worth it."
