he easiest trick is confidence. When you speak, speak with confidence. Don't let your insecurity take over you. Remember we even our mother tongue do grammatical error: some words we don't say and some are just understood like that even after not saying it properly.
For confidence, try to speak in English at home, if you don't have anyone to talk to in English, talk to yourself. For example, I am going to make tea for my self or let me water the plants.
