I really learned from Mr. Prashant that yoga is never meant to tire or exhaust one with strenous movements but to energise for bringing each cell of body back to life. Over just a month, I have experienced so many changes in my body in terms of removing stiffness from my body to be able to do so many asans that were literally impossible earlier. Also one must try Vinyasa Yoga here for those who love the flow and fast pace.
