I began practicing yoga at the age of three and it has been a constant companion throughout my life. During my teenage years, when academic pressures and competition intensified, yoga helped me maintain my calm and sharpen my concentration. As I transitioned into professional life, yoga once again became my anchor, helping me find balance, stay composed and remain healthy and focused amidst life’s demands.
Recognizing the profound impact yoga has had on my life, I chose to turn my passion into my profession. I wanted to share with the community the immense benefits I have experienced through yoga.
With 38 years of personal practice and 20 years of teaching experience, I am committed to spreading the transformative power of yoga to others, fostering well-being and mindfulness in their lives.
