Basically Meditation is important for everyone,also provide the meditation classes for................ depression and migraine problem...i have 3 year experience in this field......i provide some theropy session also according students situation......and yes ...... anyone...who want to fell yourself to know yourself can meditation......do meditation everyday you will feel refresh you will feel in some days like yes.....what you are in actually.......in my meditation class tha meditation will start some mantra and also some breathing concentration.......i can say confidently that ....if you have any issue do meditation 30 _40 min everyday...... every problem will heel by meditation.🙏
