It will help if you read English novels and newspapers. We humans always keep on thinking and imagining. You should try thinking in English. Watching English series has helped me a bit and talking in front of the mirror is helpful.
There are many apps and sites, where you can train yourself.
And in society, even if you are not able to use total sentences in English, try using English words. It will help to maintain the vocabulary.

A good presentation and some visual aids will do the trick, but if you have a digital pen and digital whiteboard, it will up your game and students might be able to get along with you more easily. You can even ask for feedback from the student for the technique you follow. Supposing that, if you are teaching maths, then whiteboard will help you show how to solve equations or problems.
It's not necessary to buy a digital whiteboard. Awwapp.com, the zoom has a virtual whiteboard and purchasing a digital pen will be a long term investment. Wacom or Huawei pens are good.

Your problem is prevalent that many of us face every day. To enhance your English verbal skills, you need to increase your vocab and decrease your hesitation. To do this, you should read more and more.
Reading English novels, newspapers, and blogs on the internet will help a lot. Even watching English movies and web series helps many times. You should not limit yourself only to reading and listening but also speaking. Try talking to yourself in English while standing in front of a mirror. Even while thinking, try to think in English. It will help in building sentences if you are posed with a situation where you have to speak in English suddenly.

Zoom will be a nice app to use and google meet also. But, during tutoring you might also need some handy tool to illustrate or describe the subject. You can use braincert website for that. They provide variety of tools from drawing, preparing equations and diagrams. There will be a common screen between you and your student.
