In my opinion, this generation kids/Adults dont have the basic life skill of communication or coutsey. Example, when elders of the house are standing , the younger ones dont have the courstey to offer thier seat to elders but rather sit and watch the elders stand and talk or When elders are trying to do some jobs the younger ones should offer help or support. However, these younger ones dont bother to consider that aspect at all. Another important basic life skill is offering gratitutde to those who have helped you . Many people forget or ignore those who have helped you in your past . In continuation, with basic life skill, many people want to take the full credit or earn browny points for the job they have contributed the least and dont give credit for the person who has executed or worked hard for the success of the job. In my opinion if a job requires team work, each and every one should acknowledge each others work big or small but not take the credit fully. read less

Listening well requires patience, empathy, and attention, yet it's so crucial for resolving misunderstandings, building relationships, and making decisions. In conversations, many people tend to either interrupt or make assumptions before someone has finished speaking, which can create confusion or tension. Being able to listen deeply and then respond thoughtfully is something that has a huge impact on all areas of life—whether in personal relationships, at work, or in conflict resolution. It seems like such a foundational skill, yet it’s often overlooked or undervalued, especially in a world where we’re often distracted or multitasking. It’s always a little surprising to me how many people don’t prioritize it. read less

That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
