Yes, it may be possible if the switching value of our body crosses the entire wireless than t=1/50hz.

<p>Why is only the speed of light constant in all frames of reference?</p>

In vacuum its value 3lakh km/s but in practice it is medium dependent, but still its a large number and by approximation we can take it as a constant in every frame of reference.
