I am Sariga.I am a post graduate in chemistry and an MPhil dropout from University of Calicut.After my graduation i worked as an export manager for 10 years in a well known firm.
I was suffering from allergy problems since i was a teenager. 2 years back a friend of mine told me to practice yoga. Slowly i started to feel better and consistent practice helped me to get rid of my inhalers. As a person who experienced the spiritual, physical and mental benefits of yoga I decided to quit my job and help others to practice and taste the benefits of yoga. Now Iam a certified yoga expert and I have done my certification course from fab academy California and pursuing my Yoga studies from Patanjali Yoga Research Centre.
