Paartha Associates are into Training and Development at corporate level as well as at individual. As a part of activities, Corporate training and personal tuitions are given. It is in existence for the last 8 years, About 100students have gone through the trainer. Now Test preparations and competitive exam preparations are added to the profile.
It is headed by K P Rao, a mechanical engineer with four postgraduate diplomas in Management and had been a doctoral researcher. He brings in 37 years of industrial exposure at a senior level in to his teachings. At Paartha Associates, MBA/BBA, ICWA/CMA, UGC NTA, RBI, Forestry tests coaching is given both offline and online. Development programs like soft skills development, personality development, leadership development, communications development etc are conducted. So far more than 100 students have benefitted.
