I have 20 years of working experience with Multinational organization (CONSUMER ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR) like SONY, NATIONAL PANASONIC,PHILIPS ,TATA SKY & SAMSUNG.
Mainly into Service operation and network management, Customer Relationship Management, Service delivery, Escalation management and Customer service Management.
Apart from the above operational skills, part of my profile was also into imparting training of staff at various contact points of the organization.
