Teaching has always been something I genuinely enjoy, not just as a way of sharing knowledge but as a way of mentoring and guiding students through concepts that once seemed difficult to them. During my academic journey, I often found myself helping classmates and juniors understand technical subjects, and I realised that I derived immense satisfaction from simplifying complex ideas and seeing the moment when a concept finally “clicked” for someone. When I moved to Bangalore for my professional role, I wanted to continue this passion despite having a demanding full-time job. That is when I decided to take my mentoring online. Conducting classes after work allowed me to stay connected with students while balancing my professional responsibilities. I started teaching small batches of students, primarily focusing on helping them build strong conceptual foundations and confidence in their subjects. For me, teaching is not just about delivering content—it is about understanding each student’s learning style, encouraging curiosity, and helping them develop the confidence to approach problems independently. Even after a full day at work, interacting with students and seeing their progress has always been energizing rather than tiring. Continuing to mentor students online while working full-time has reinforced how meaningful teaching is to me. It has allowed me to impact students beyond a traditional classroom setting and has been a deeply fulfilling experience that I hope to continue in the years ahead.

My teaching experience in MBA entrance coaching has largely been driven by my own strong performance in competitive management entrance examinations and my passion for mentoring students preparing for these tests. Having secured a **99 percentile in both CAT and XAT**, I have developed a deep understanding of the exam structure, preparation strategies, and the conceptual clarity required to perform well in these highly competitive exams. Academically, I have consistently maintained strong performance, scoring a **10 CGPA in my 10th standard**, **95% in my 12th standard**, and graduating from engineering with a **CGPA of 9**. This strong quantitative and analytical foundation has helped me guide students effectively, particularly in **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation**, which are core sections of MBA entrance examinations. My approach to teaching focuses on simplifying complex quantitative and logical concepts and helping students develop structured problem-solving methods. I emphasize building strong fundamentals, identifying patterns in questions, and improving speed and accuracy through strategic practice. Since I have personally gone through the preparation process and succeeded at a high level, I am able to provide students with practical insights into exam strategy, time management, and common pitfalls. In addition to conceptual teaching, I also mentor students on **test-taking strategies, mock analysis, and preparation planning**, helping them understand how to approach the exam holistically. I guide them in analyzing their performance in mock tests, identifying weak areas, and developing targeted improvement plans. Beyond academic instruction, I focus on motivating students and building their confidence, as preparation for exams like CAT and XAT can often be mentally demanding. My goal is not only to help students solve questions but also to help them develop the analytical thinking and disciplined preparation approach required to succeed in MBA entrance examinations.
