I use to follow astanga yoga, power yoga,free hand exercises and a good food habit. I am offering this class in South east kolkata, Patuli, E.M Bypass.

"Ma'am takes dance classes with great patience. She keeps rehearsing until she gets a perfect performance. Ma'am is Very supportive. We practice dancing with great joy, chatting and eating in between practices.I leaned lots of new things,steps & dance related knowledge.We have done many dance shows together, which have been a great experience. "

Minimum 20-25 minutes enough for the busy schedule but if you are taking yoga seriously then atleast 40 minutes you need to spend on it..starts with prayer,then warm up,then micro exercises and in last breathing exercises and finish with meditation and closing prayer.. for more details you can connect me.
