One of the best is the British Council but they have a quite fixed curriculum for every batch, so they don't actually provide what the particular student need (keep that in mind) and they charge fairly high considering the course length. Other institutes are there like Veta, The British Institute and Career Speaks to name a few. I, myself train people for Spoken English and provide personality development sessions.
