I have completed my Yogacharya training from Sree Vedanta Yoga Center in 2017 but I was involved in yoga and classical dance from my childhood. In 2014, I got a job of a yoga trainer in a training center and trained many students. Then I have decide to do some professional course and now I have spreading my knowledge within my city Kolkata as a well knowned Yoga Trainer. I also have my own yoga center in Barasat.
Normally I have the ability to trained a student the basic and the advance level of yoga with meditation and pranayam.
Also I trained people with the knowledge of Rhythmic yoga, Bikram yoga, Zoomba and Nuro therapy classes.
