IdentityI started my career in teaching as a private tutor after I completed my board exams.
Slowly it became my passion. Started dealing with the small children and as gained degrees and experience , continued with the senior levels.
At Kolkata have a very rich experience of teaching students of different boards / classes/ age groups / subjects/all from rewoned schools.
Parents as well as children are extremely satisfied as I believe in not in teaching methodology but in the need of the subject's concept and understanding and grasping ability of the students.
I make the environment of my sessions very light , friendly and also open for flexibility in schedules. My classes are more interactive rather than stressing in writing work . I conduct tests / revisions with the questions framed by me as conducted in schools for better practice . Children that's why like to come to me and parents are quite happy . I don't believe in any hard and fast rule of HW. It is need based.
I always focus on a better performance in the schools not only in exams but even in day to day performances. My strength is I do microanalysis on the learning outcomes of the students and plan granular level analysis to bridge the learning gaps. I also focus on the 21 century skills and HOTS/critical thinking skills
