Read children's story books for better base on grammar. I know this sounds childish but this is the best thing that works. Watching news and reading newspapers will not help u in improving it grammar. Also watch cartoons in English. Try listening keenly. It helps. Try talking to closed ones in English whenever possible. All the best!
