"Bishwak Sir, or B Sir as I used to call him is perhaps one of the best teachers of English all over Kolkata. He used to teach me and 2 of my friends, and from Class VI to Class VIII, we all got 90-95 out of 100 in English. He cares about his student and provides them with every possible ways in which English questions can be be answered simply. Additionally, he has vast knowledge of English Literature which he shares quite enthusiastically with his students. "

Its not different from a face to face counselling session. You can use Skype, Google Hangout etc to directly interact with your people. All you need is a good internet connection. Even if you don't have experience with Skype or Hangout, you can use chat features to understand the questions/issues and share your advice.
