I am a Patanjali certified & awarded yog trainer, chikitsalaya sanchalak, acupressure and panchakarma specialist. I have treated thousands of people for obesity, thyroid, back pain, diabetes, etc with yoga, acupressure and panchakarma therapies. I am an authorized teacher of Eastern Railways, Howrah and have trained various yogic exercises, acupressure and have given diet guidance and healthy lifestyle tips to DRM, senior officials and their families. Also I have given training to state BJP leaders, Maheswari Mahila Sangathan, Howrah, to Vivek Vihar Flat Owners Association and have received medals and honours from each of them on International Yoga Day.
I have secured 1st rank in all Bengal Yoga Competition for Youth and my students have also secured ranks in various state competitions. I have my own health centre at Howrah and I also go for home visits all over West Bengal.
Presently, I am giving home training in the morning hours to a gentleman at Silver Spring apartment for cardiac disorder and diabetes, to a lady at Ballygunge Park Road for sciatica, to two gentlemen at May Fair Road for body pain and depression and in the evening hours to a lady at Park Circus for post pregnancy complications and to a gentleman at Salt Lake DB block for back pain. Apart from above many students are taking training from me at my health centres for various causes. All are getting benefits.
