I am a certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in helping individuals improve their overall fitness, strength, and lifestyle habits. My approach to training is personalized and goal-oriented, focusing on creating sustainable fitness routines that suit each client’s body, needs, and daily lifestyle.

I hold multiple professional certifications in the fitness domain, including being a Certified Personal Trainer under SKILL INDIA and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified trainer. These qualifications have strengthened my understanding of scientific training principles, exercise biomechanics, and client safety, enabling me to deliver effective and structured training programs.

In addition, I am a certified Resistance Band Specialist from Prehab 121. This certification allows me to design specialized programs for strength development, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. It has helped me work more effectively with clients who require low-impact, controlled, and pain-aware training methods.

Over the past five years, I have trained clients across different age groups and fitness levels.
