Depends on what you are looking for mostly hatha yoga should be practised if you are looking for general health fitness and wants to start a fitness routine. If you are an active person who is already doing running, cycling, trekking, etc.. then you can go for ashtanga yoga. If you have injuries and wants to strengthen again then restorative yoga/ Iyengar yoga. The list goes on...
