IdentityI am a dedicated and mindful yoga practitioner with a lifelong connection to the practice, having begun my journey at the age of 6. Over the years, yoga has become more than just a discipline for me—it is a way of living, healing, and growing.
I have deepened my practice through learning from renowned traditions such as Isha Yoga and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Yoga, which have shaped my understanding of yoga as a holistic path that integrates the body, mind, and breath. I am currently pursuing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, which I will be completing in April 2026.
My approach to yoga is rooted in awareness, compassion, and nervous system healing. I strongly believe that through pranayama, asanas, and meditation, we can regulate our inner world, release stored stress, and cultivate a sense of safety and balance within ourselves.
I aspire to become a trauma-informed yoga teacher, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies at their own pace. For me, teaching yoga is not just about physical postures—it is about guiding my students towards a more healed, grounded, and fulfilling life.
With a calm and patient teaching style, I aim to support each student’s unique journey, helping them build strength, flexibility, emotional resilience, and inner peace. My goal is to make yoga accessible, nurturing, and deeply transformative for everyone I work with.
