I've experience in teaching in schools until grade 10 ;but I've been giving tuitions for different grades including B.Ed students.It is very important to have practical applications for the methods of teaching and pedagogy.I'm very passionate in teaching mathematics. The very important aspects of teaching techniques is to know about the different types of students and child psychology. When we go through case-study of differentiated student,we'll have to study about their family,peer group and various factors affecting their progress in studies. In the case of methods of teaching,I applied particular method for a special topic; that Is,we can use simple to complex method,inductive- deductive method for derivation of formula.I use audio visuals to clear the concept and that promotes imagination power of students in case of teaching B.Ed classes and even the still models and working models and explaining the classes using this gives a clear image in each student's mind. During the teaching practice period,referring each chapter thoroughly and practicing it regularly is very important for getting better result.Micro teaching,observation classes,criticism classes are the stepping stones for a professional teacher.When I gave tuition for B.Ed students,I used to explain the most important part of teaching mathematics is the neat board work,so I made them practice how to write step by step neat board work.In a class room,there are weak students,average students and brilliant students,so in order to cope up the needs of weak students,a teacher must explain each step in detail to solve a particular problem,simultaneously explain the most important part of the steps to solve the problem.

I gave my class 10 children, previous year question paper and made them practice questions.They told me that they wrote their exam very well, because they practiced more than 8 question papers. They were able to complete the exam within the stipulated time. Some of the chapters with more weightage and life skills were focused by them.

I have a very good experience while teaching grade11 students, like, they were studying new topics that they didn't study until 10,such as Complex Numbers, Sets, Conic Sections etc., but when I explained the practical applications and gave them relevant worksheets, they scored more than 90 %.Students were involved with much interest, when they solved problems. They were given a test, after each chapter & they scored good marks.

I have 21 years of experience in teaching Mathematics in India as well as abroad. When I was teaching grade 9,observed that 9th grade is the stepping stone of grade 10th,so it was quite difficult syllabus compared to 10th.When the children practice problems in the text and also solving past 5 years questions, they are able to score more than 90%,but they should manage the presence of mind while they write the exam and time management also the important factor while they write the exam.For the concepts clarity,I used p.pt & videos and explained each and every slide.Once they get concepts clarity,they must practice, practice and practice. Then the students can achieve their goal.

During my tenure, I experienced awesome results from class 6 students, especially from disabled students. I suggest Meditation & Brain Gym Exercises everyday so that students Brain development occur and thereby they could grasp the lessons easily. I also give them worksheet based on their particular level and then increase the difficulty level.Many brilliant students scored more than 90% marks after my tutoring by giving gifted worksheet.
