I have been practicing yoga since childhood and have dedicated my life to understanding the science of the body and mind. I am a two-time National Yoga Championship winner and one-time national runner-up, with multiple titles at the state and district levels.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), which allows me to combine traditional yogic practices with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Over the years, I have trained and guided numerous patients in managing their medical and lifestyle conditions through personalized yoga, diet, and holistic practices.
