I teach Yoga at UrbanPro and have been guiding students for the past 20 years. Throughout my journey, I have worked with learners of all age groups and skill levels, helping them improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and mental well-being through personalized yoga practice. My aim is to promote holistic health by combining proper techniques, consistency, and mindful awareness.

I hold a B.Ed. in Yoga from Panjab University. I have also earned certifications in Naturopathy and Yoga from Gandhi Smarak, along with a basic personal training certification from Classic Fitness and a Yoga certification from Fitness Matters. These diverse qualifications enable me to integrate knowledge from yoga, naturopathy, and fitness training to deliver safe, effective, and result-oriented sessions.

Since 2006, I have been working as a freelance Yoga instructor, offering flexible scheduling and customized programs. My long-term experience has helped me understand different body types, health conditions, and individual fitness goals, allowing me to adapt my teaching methodology accordingly.

Over the years, I have successfully trained students to improve flexibility, posture, strength, and overall wellness. I focus particularly on exercises that support back, neck, and knee health, ensuring gradual progress and correct posture alignment. Seeing my students achieve better health and a balanced lifestyle has been the most fulfilling part of my teaching career.

I conduct both online and offline sessions. My classes follow a structured and practical approach, combining theory with hands-on practice. Each student receives a personalized lesson plan tailored to their needs and goals. My teaching emphasizes proper technique, steady improvement, and holistic well-being, creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
