The easiest way to learn piano these days is from YouTube. But the only con of learning from the platform is that you dont get to ask questions as you can do with your teachers during private/group lessons.

How many chords are there in keyboard. How much time will it typically take to pick up speed?
Your question itself is not correct. A chord is when 2 or more keys are pressed on the keyboard. A triad is a chord when the 1st, 3rd and 5th notes of a scale are played together. e.g if C,E & G keys are pressed together the C triad (chord) played.

What are major chords and minor chords in keyboard?
The difference between Major and Minor chords is use of the 3rd note. If we'll use the third note flat it will become a minor chord and will produce a soft sound and if we'll use the third note normal the chord will be major.
