Yes. A keyboard is simply an electric piano. Some of them have added features found only on synths and keyboards but the general set up of the keys is the same.

Your question itself is not correct. A chord is when 2 or more keys are pressed on the keyboard. A triad is a chord when the 1st, 3rd and 5th notes of a scale are played together. e.g if C,E & G keys are pressed together the C triad (chord) played.
