Rekha Karthikeyan

I teach Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to students of Classes 10 and 12, with over two decades of experience in the field. I began my teaching journey in 2005, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students, especially those in Class 12, across CBSE and ICSE boards. I am also deeply involved in preparing students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE and provide coaching in Engineering Mathematics for college students.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree, and my technical background has equipped me with the analytical and conceptual depth required to simplify complex scientific and mathematical topics for my students. My approach has always been to ensure students not only prepare for exams but also truly understand the core concepts, so they can apply them in real-life and higher education settings.

In 2010, I established my own academy, which has since become a nurturing environment for students aiming to strengthen their academic foundation. Through this institute, I’ve developed a structured lesson plan model that blends interactive teaching, conceptual clarity, and regular testing. I work closely with each student, identifying their weak areas and creating customized strategies to help them improve.

Over the years, many of my students have achieved excellent results. Several have scored 9 out of 10 in overall CBSE grading, and others have scored as high as 450 marks in board exams. One success story that stands out is of a student who used to barely pass but, with consistent support and personalized mentoring, went on to score 50%. These are the moments that make teaching truly meaningful to me.

My teaching sessions are a blend of PPTs, whiteboard explanations, and regular discussions. I place strong emphasis on doubt clearing, problem-solving, and test-based assessment, so that students are always exam-ready and confident. Whether online or offline, I ensure every session is interactive, engaging, and goal-oriented.

I currently conduct both online and offline classes, depending on the student’s preference. I also provide comprehensive notes, assignments, and practice worksheets tailored to each topic and exam pattern. Teaching is not just a profession for me — it’s a mission to empower students with the clarity and confidence they need to excel in academics and beyond.
