Start reading the newspaper, articles, books, whatever you get your hands on; only in English. Watch news, movies, serials, Discovery, National Geographic etc. You have to dedicatedly spend 3 to 4 hours every day for the next six months. Initially, you may not understand everything, but slowly, you'll get used to the language. And do keep checking your mobile for the meaning of the words which you don't know in this process. We speak Hindi fluently, but do we remember all the rules of Hindi Grammar? So, focus on getting confident.
