I am a yoga instructor/therapist. I am giving online yoga sessions since past 2 years and have taught in Gold's Gym, with Dainik Jagran and several NGO.I am pursuing my graduation in yogic science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya and it will be completed this year. I have over two year of teaching experience and three
years of advance training in Hatha Yoga and in Ashtanga Yoga committed to
providing yoga with disciplined routine, personal
attention, clear instructions, positive
affirmations and guidance making yoga
accessible to everyone. I mindfully design every
class with focus on connecting breath to
movement. I help my students find a place of
equilibrium between strength and calmness,
sthiram sukham asanam. As I help them direct
their attention to breath, helping the mind to
gain calmness and patience, making the entire
asana practice, a moving meditation.

These days people generally follow sedentary lifestyle, have stress or anxiety and other disorders because of there fast moving lifestyle, so yoga is best to maintain your overall health.

Yoga is definitely good as what ever be your goal from muscles building, strength, flexibility or any ailment like spondylitis, cervical or any other yoga can help you achieve all of them, you just have to systematically design the class and do it accordingly.

You can do short session each time, just do a shoet energetic session in morning and slow relaxing style like yin in evening.

Yes, you can definitely do yoga after out, it will just help you cool down and you will feel relaxed. A few minutes of shavasana after workout will help you retain all the energy you drain in workout.
