You should be able to articulate the collected scientific facts in a rational way to solve problems at hand. This is known as a scientific attitude.

Add dummies to the language you want to learn and you will get a good resource book. In fact it is for dummies series by Wiley. e.g. C for Dummies C++ for Dummies Python for Dummies Etc.

As you course is biotechnology the best option for you will be clearing GRE/ TOEFL and try for integrated M.S Ph.D. in USA or some other developed country. This option is however applicable only if you want to pursue a scientific career. As of biotechnology there are very much less opportunities in our country in pvt as well as govt sector. The option for general civil services lIke IAS or IFS/IPS is also open for you through UPSC and your state PSC. If you want to pursue a scientific career in India you will have to first seek admission to post graduate program somewhere. After your post graduation you can think of competitive exams like net or gate and join somewhere as a doctoral candidate. You can also think of MBA from IIMs through CAT examination. It is very important to choose the career path out of the many available ramifications. You must take an account of your likes dislikes and abilities plus external conditions.

plz suggest best physics book for Neet preparation,from where i can clear my basic concepts

Please see if you can get old editions of Halliday & Resnick book earlier to Jearl Walker inclusion. The two authors have lucidly built up the concepts. As of new editions, these are having quite a steep learning curve !
