Dear Abhishek, the branch of electronics or electronic engineering is mainly concentrating on two things. The first is electronics- all the basics of the relevant device and device modelling and its associated circuit development. It would help if you prepared Networks, Electronic Devices and Circuits, Pulse and Digital Circuits, Electronic Circuit Analysis, and VLSI Design.
And then the second one is communications-all the basics that relevant to Transmitter and Receiver design for signal-related Applications. It would help if you prepared EMTL, Analog/Digital Communications, Antennas, Microwave Engineering, CMC, RADAR systems, Satellite Communications, and Embedded Systems Design for advancements. Out of these many subjects, subjects like VLSI or DIP or Embedded System Design are only considered advanced subjects with scope to correlate the modern designs and applications. With this requirement, I don't think that one textbook could able to cover all the concepts. But for your information, I am telling you that a book for DRDO material will serve the purpose.
