Unfortunately everyone wants Job assistance noone focuses on Knowledge or the learning aspect. When companies hire a developer he doesn't know git, maven, spring, unix and so many other things which are must for a java developer. They expect company to give training but refuse to acknowledge even if it was not covered that well in college ultimately its the student's responcibility to spend time learning it.Companies practically calculate the time for you to be productive as a fresher it will be few months not all companies can afford those many month salary till a dev is productive. Go to https://www.careertrails.co.in apply for free about Job roles. We take interview and share the feedback so you can improve. again this is free ! you learn and comeback again if we now see you are good we then forward to the Client and Charge the Client. We are amongst the very few agencies who want you to get hired. If you are willing to spend time preparing we can help you get job. Just spamming companies with resume won't get you Job. The sooner the freshers learn this and give importance to 1. knowledge 2. certificate 3. Job the better the chance for getting number 3. Currently everyone focuses on 1. job 2. Certificate 3.
