In what condition should we not use Vue, React, or Angular as front-end and choose Laravel instead?

Well, you should use Laravel together with those frontend frameworks. Laravel comes packed with Laravel mix who is built on top of wrbpack and it comes with Vue already installed and a basic example. It also comes with a custom version of axios loaded who will make API calls with Laravel csrf token in the header. You can use react with Laravel mix too. I don't know about angular but you can use Laravel for the API and angular for the front end even without Laravel mix. Just using Laravel blade template system is a bit outdated, because your site will have to reload the page at every action. But you can still use it ofc. But if you want more complex and fluid UI, you should use a framework. read less
