yes tere is chance to buid website using only 3 programmes but u should need a database to store the content Using html css u can make front end means UI. BY USING JS in css you can make backend to run the programme. Database u can use sql for storage

So far as CSS is concern it is a 'Make-Up' man which is concern with the look and feel of the page displayed, it has nothing to do with the process(transactions) of data. read less
