Once a project starts, there has to be a strong business reason to upgrade, or it has to have low risk.Some AngularJS projects are stuck on that version because there is no business case to move to Angular2+. The end user won’t notice anything, and the application works fine as is!If the client asks for framework upgrade (or there is a robust technical need for it), then its more money for you! read less
