I am a former Accountant and worked with a Big4 Accounting firm for 4.5 years. I quit my job in 2018 and started my sustainable skincare business. Since, then I have been running my brand. During COVID in 2020, I faced challenges continuing my business. We were not allowed to deliver our products to customers for months. As a result, there was no sale happening and all my savings dried up in few months. My business was on the verge of shutting down and I was going through an extremely stressful time in my life. I knew about meditation but started practicing regularly around that time to manage my stress. After few months, I was able to save my business, grow it and also became a lot calmer with the help of meditation. I have been practicing meditation regularly for almost 4 years and now I wish to share my knowledge with others to help them find peace in their lives.
