I teach Yoga on UrbanPro and have been teaching for the past 7 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and have also completed an M.A. in Yoga. Along with my academic qualifications, I have received professional training from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. I have also completed a Wellness Instructor Course, a Diploma in Yoga, and a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, which have strengthened my practical and theoretical understanding of Yoga and wellness practices.

Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups and fitness levels. My experience includes conducting both individual and group Yoga sessions for beginners as well as regular practitioners. I focus on creating a comfortable and motivating learning environment where students can improve gradually at their own pace.

My teaching approach combines traditional Yoga practices with modern wellness techniques to support overall health improvement. I focus on improving flexibility, strength, posture, breathing control, balance, and mental relaxation through regular practice sessions. I believe Yoga is not only about physical fitness but also about creating harmony between the mind and body.

I personalize sessions according to the student’s fitness level, health condition, and wellness goals. Whether the objective is stress management, flexibility improvement, weight management, or overall fitness, I design practices that are suitable and effective for individual needs. I also encourage consistency and discipline, which are important for achieving long-term benefits through Yoga.

During sessions, I focus on proper posture alignment, breathing techniques, and step-by-step guidance to ensure safe and effective practice. I believe in maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere where students feel relaxed, confident, and motivated throughout their Yoga journey. My sessions are designed to help students experience both physical and mental wellness.

I conduct both online and offline classes depending on the convenience of students. My aim is to help individuals develop a healthier lifestyle, improve their overall fitness, and experience the long-term benefits of Yoga through regular and mindful practice. Through patience, consistency, and personalized guidance, I strive to support students in achieving their health and wellness goals effectively.
