The next step will be to figure out how to reach your chosen career. You should take guidance for that as well. As far as your question is concerned, testing today is also based on programming only as it is mostly automation. Start Now! I agree with what Saumya has written. If you spend 4-8 hours. a week and take periodic mock GREs then you can easily score 320+ if you take the final GRE in final year. But please keep in mind the costs involved and the application process to courses and colleges.

Does a Medical degree from Germany has any value like mechanical or automobile Engineering degree?

Hey Sanket, Yes Germany is excellent for Medicine. But you will have to look into their application procedure. Moreover, in residency, you will have to proficient in German language. Moreover, if you want to come back to India, then you have to go for a MCI registered university. Regards SN
