My healthcare exposure through clinical training has strengthened my understanding of health, fitness, and overall wellness.

I have participated in yoga competitions and have experience in state- and national-level sports, which has given me a strong foundation in discipline, fitness, and body awareness.

My classes are beginner-friendly and focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, stress management, and overall well-being.
