I am a versatile professional, though Trainer & teacher by profession, my career span of more than 13 years covers various facades of consulting, training, academics, marketing and operational responsibilities. I have enriched experience as well as the strong personal and professional skills pertaining to teaching, training need analysis, conducting programs, content development, professional networking, IT suits and team management.

I believe that best teaching is done with hands on experience and by getting the feel of the market therefore most of my sessions are based on practical exercises or provides my protégé a chance to visit market and independently conduct their research but simultaneously you can not undermine the use of case studies, blogging, research studies and audio visual aids. I Enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously- teaching, consulting, training, managing dissertations & research work, corporate relationship initiatives I like mentoring, coaching young students & assisting young learner to develop career. Exposure in the area of research, corporate training & consultancy that I have could be used to enhance academic credentials of young students; developing new programs, curriculum & upgrading modules is my forte.
I believe that learner-oriented teaching promotes learning that is both purposeful and enduring moreoveras a teacher, it is my responsibility to know who my learners are, what kind of knowledge and experience they bring to the group, and what they want to achieve so that I can tailor a curriculum that fits their needs and yet leaves enough room to accommodate topics that emerge from group discovery.
By assessing where my learners are with respect to our mutual learning goals, I can provide the support they need to build connections between what they already know and the new understandings they seek to create. I will value the individual backgrounds and experiences of my students, and encourage them to teach me as I teach them. I expect that my students will have a variety of levels of desire for learning.That is why I see my role as a teacher as one similar to that ofa facilitatortransferring a fundamental knowledgeof course content to students whilecultivating their critical thinking skillsthrough the application of theory andconcepts about current marketing, business, financial, economic, and industry-related issues. Through this application, areas that are void of knowledge will ultimately emerge.
Till date I have directly taught, mentored, and trained around 800 post-graduate and graduate students in India as well as in UAE and based upon this experienceI know for sure that personal contact with students is essential. Many need encouragement to talk to their teachers, so I emphasize my availability for informal discussion and my willingness to help them sort out any problems they have with what they are learning. At times I even stay after the class to help students as well to discuss any issues that they may have. My experience as a teacher is greatly enriched by this contact with students. I am fortunate to teach in professional schools where I can follow the progress of the students through the program and sometimes beyond graduation.
To conclude my ultimate goal in teaching is to provide requisite knowledge, encourage and develop critical thinking skills, and stimulate natural curiosity that will guide students in their efforts of pursuing success. By accomplishing this, I will satisfy the need within myself to somehow make a difference.
