I have been practicing yoga for the past five years. I hold an MA in Yoga Science, which I pursued out of my interest in this ancient practice. I am involved in teaching yoga and meditation.

As a yoga instructor, my primary focus is on offline teaching. I believe in the power of direct interaction and the ability to guide my students through practice in person. By observing their postures and providing immediate feedback, I can ensure they perform the asanas correctly and safely. I believe that these practices can have a profound impact on one's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, regardless of formal certification.

In my classes, I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds can participate. I strive to make yoga accessible to everyone, adapting the practice to accommodate individual needs and limitations. I provide modifications and variations to ensure a fulfilling experience for all. I emphasize not only the physical aspects of yoga but also the mental and emotional aspects.

I guide my students through meditation and breathing exercises, helping them develop mindfulness and deep relaxation. By incorporating these practices into their daily lives, my students can experience improved mental clarity, reduced stress, and a greater sense of overall well-health.
