For online tutoring, you can use Skype software. You can get the students from UrbanPro who are interested in online coaching.
You can also teach the students on Unacademy platform. How? See you get the students from urban pro and ask the student to join your classes on Unacademy platform.
For online materials, I do not have any specific website in my mind as I am from a science background, but you can get in touch of your colleague for this, and they will help you, for basics refer NCERT website e-books.
